Founder & Executive Director | Advocate | Counselor | Community Leader

Dr. Angela Sinkfield-Gray is a dedicated advocate, counselor, ministry leader, and community servant whose work centers on helping women, girls, youth, and families move from crisis toward healing, stability, and purpose.

As Founder and Executive Director of Daughters of Zion Global Initiatives, Inc., Dr. Sinkfield-Gray leads efforts to educate, empower, equip, and advocate for individuals and families through faith-centered support, practical resources, counseling, life-skills development, and community outreach. The organization also provides advocacy and resources for individuals experiencing crisis.

A Certified Crisis Counselor and Certified Domestic Violence Counselor/Advocate, Dr. Sinkfield-Gray has devoted a significant part of her service to supporting women and girls navigating difficult circumstances. Her work reflects a commitment not simply to helping people through moments of crisis, but to helping them develop the confidence, knowledge, and practical tools needed to move forward.

Her passion for the next generation is reflected through Supporting My Dream, a Daughters of Zion community program serving youth ages 12–25. The program uses interactive workshops to address areas including self-esteem, positive body image, sexual health, career readiness, and other issues affecting young people.

Dr. Sinkfield-Gray holds a Doctor of Divinity (D.Div.) and is an ordained Elder in the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. Her faith is foundational to her approach to leadership and service, bringing together spiritual encouragement and practical action to address real needs within communities.

Whether advocating for a woman in crisis, encouraging a young person to recognize their potential, connecting families with resources, or serving through ministry, Dr. Sinkfield-Gray remains committed to one central purpose: helping people discover that their circumstances do not have to determine their future.

Her leadership embodies the mission of Daughters of Zion Global Initiatives—to strengthen individuals, support families, and help build healthier communities through faith, education, advocacy, empowerment, and service.
